When you submit a project enquiry or speak with Sarah, we receive the contact details and project information you provide. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, company, service interests and conversation text. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and follow up on your enquiry.
Sarah chat and voice
Sarah is an AI assistant. Messages are processed by our configured AI provider. When you choose voice and allow microphone access, your recording is sent to our voice service for transcription; Sarah's response is converted to audio. Conversation transcripts, summaries and lead details can be stored in our CRM for the Logomish team. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.
Website storage and verification
Essential session cookies maintain conversations and protect forms. Your selected appearance is saved in your browser. Our server receives technical information such as your IP address and uses it to limit abusive requests. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes information needed to verify form submissions. This website does not load advertising trackers.
Who receives enquiries
Project enquiries are stored in the CRM and routed to the Logomish team through the configured enquiry inbox. Authorized Logomish team members and the service providers needed to operate the website, email and AI services may process your information.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for business needs and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Processing may take place outside your country. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
